簡單介紹

Agilent 54754A差分和單端模塊擁有兩個 18 GHz 通道，兩者均帶有內置 TDR 步進發(fā)生器。這兩個通道可以一起使用來提供差分或共模 TDR 激勵/響應，也可以獨立使用。當不使用 TDR/TDT 步進發(fā)生器時，任何一個通道都可以作為一個正常的示波器垂直系統(tǒng)使用。

54754A差分和單端模塊主要特性與技術指標

54754A差分和單端模塊帶有3.5 mm（陽性）連接器的兩個18 GHz電通道

  • 典型均方根噪聲：0.25 mV（12.4 GHz帶寬）、0.5 mV（18 GHz帶寬）
  • *大輸入信號： ± 2 Vdc
  • 兩個內置步進發(fā)生器可配置用于1端口、2端口共模或2端口差模TDR或TDT測量。
  • 內置TDR/TDT校準、用戶可選的邊沿速度、S參數（需要A.06.01或更高版本的主機固件。S參數需要選件202）

Agilent 54754A 擁有兩個 18 GHz 通道，兩者均帶有內置 TDR 步進發(fā)生器。這兩個通道可以一起使用來提供差分或共模 TDR 激勵/響應，也可以獨立使用。當不使用 TDR/TDT 步進發(fā)生器時，任何一個通道都可以作為一個正常的示波器垂直系統(tǒng)使用。

為了保護您的投資，您也許要考慮使用 ESD 保護器件， 例如在皮秒 ATE 中選擇一個。
